TOP FLOOR
As you enter at the top of the villa trough an electric gate, there’s outdoor parking for at least 6 cars and 2 indoor parking spaces. The massive wooden entrance door brings you inside the villa where you can find 1 bedroom en-suite and the entrance to the garage. A private lift brings you to all floors of the house. You can also take the wooden stairs and absorb the beaty of the house as you descend the stairs.
SECOND FLOOR
On the second floor you will find 2 bedrooms that are connected in the middle with a fully Italian marble bathroom with a shower. Both bedrooms enjoy a spacious terrace with wonderful mountain views. The bedrooms have black out curtains and electric blinds. On the other side of the floor, you will find the main bedroom en-suite with a full Italian imported marble bath for 2 and a spa style shower for 2 with a private terrace with views to the sea and mountains. For those who like to watch TV in bed there’s a big flatscreen smart TV. Also, on the same floor you can find a sitting area with a library that overlooks the sea and mountains. Large windows from 8 meters high that cover the first and second floor, giving the property lots of light.
The whole house has underfloor heating, a domotic system and alarm with detectors and outside cameras, giving the residents a peace of mind.
FIRST FLOOR
The lift or stairs bring you down to the main level where you will find a large living area with a dining table for 10 people with a beautiful, designed fireplace and another seating area with a bar and a TV area. You will find another large bedroom en-suite with a walk in dressing. The bathroom is equipped with a modern stand-alone bath and a separate shower. Again here, lots of glass in the bedroom connects you with the sea and mountains and brings you to another huge terrace with 2 lounge sofas.
An open plan kitchen with dining area inside and on the terrace completes this level together with luxury integrates wine & champaign wine coolers.
OUTSIDE
As you walk on the terrace that connects the living, bedroom and kitchen area you will find a seating area with a big modern sofa, to enjoy the garden and views as well as the heated pool. Sunshades cover the seating area. You can find all sorts of fruit trees in the garden. There’s a path at the end of the garden that brings you to an exceptional feature of the house, the outdoor gym, covered with a tent straight out of the savanna of Africa.
The gym is fully equipped with all the machines you find in a professional gymnasium and more and has also an MMA ring. There’s a possibility to have a private coach (paying).
The house comes with a housekeeper (included in the price), if you wish, and can also look after the children (paying), in case you want to go out at night.
