● Gardener: 3 times a week.
● Pool Technician: 3 times a week. Pools are not heated.

House Rules & Guest Responsibilities
● No smoking inside the house.
● Pets allowed upon request and approval. An increased security deposit will be required.
● Respect for neighbors is required.
No Parties Policy
● Parties are not allowed at the villa.
● Hosting a party without prior approval will result in loss of the security deposit.
