● Daily cleaning provided 5 days a week (Monday to Friday, 4 hours per day).
● Final cleaning is included in the rental price.

● Gardener: 3 times a week.
● Pool Technician: 3 times a week. Pools are not heated.
● Maintenance Technician: Once a week (general upkeep).
House Rules & Guest Responsibilities
● No smoking inside the house.
● Pets allowed upon request and approval. An increased security deposit will be required.
● Respect for neighbors is required.
No Parties Policy
● Parties are not allowed at the villa.
● Hosting a party without prior approval will result in loss of the security deposit.
● For events, approval must be obtained before booking.

Enjoy a New Year in Spain – the weather is generally dry and mild, perfect for golfers, riding and walking with daylight until 6.30pm enabling a full day of activities.
