The property is located on the exclusive La Alqueria urbanisation which is one of top private estates on the Costa del Sol and is the perfect location for your summer holiday villa rental.
La Alqueria is located in the hills of Benahavis next to Atalaya golf course and 4 kilometres from the beach. The villa is set amongst similar luxurious villa’s and overlooks the 2 Atalaya golf courses with views of the sea.
Marbella and Puerto Banus are 10 and 7 minutes away respectively. There is a big Mercadona supermarket at the entrance to the urbanisation a 5 minute walk from the villa. The bin store for the urbanisation can be found on the way to the supermarket on the right hand side of the road.

January
Enjoy a New Year in Spain – the weather is generally dry and mild, perfect for golfers, riding and walking with daylight until 6.30pm enabling a full day of activities. A good time for sightseeing and visiting Malaga’s world class art galleries to avoid the crowds. The nearby ski resorts of the Sierra Nevada are welcoming visitors at this time of year.
