This brand new 4-bedroom modern villa enjoys the perfect location: walking distance to the beach and inside the prestigious residential community of El Paraiso, less than 10 minutes’ drive to Puerto Banús between Marbella and Estepona.
The community of El Paraiso is shaped by three golf courses and within walking distance of all amenities and the beach. The surroundings are marvellous, and the villa is located in the New Golden Mile which is characterized by sophisticated suburbs and beautiful landscapes.
Villa El Paraíso is the ideal holiday villa, offering big interior and exterior spaces. Entering the double-height entrance hall you will see the spacious and luminous living room, with an open plan kitchen equipped with high-end appliances and a dining area. The sliding glass door will lead us to the terrace and decked pool area. This floor is completed by the bedroom wing, which includes two double bedrooms en-suite and a twin bedroom.
On the first floor is the marvellous master suite, offering access to a private terrace. The lower level includes amazing features: a GYM, a sauna, a cinema room, and 3 space garage. Every part of Villa El Paraíso enjoys natural light and open plan spaces.
