This 4-bedroom beachside luxury villa a stone’s throw from Spain’s famous Puerto Banus was constructed in 2022 with a lot of attention to detail and benefits from luxury throughout the villa. With its proximity and walking distance to Puerto Banus, it is ideally located for a holiday within the Marbella area. The local beach is easily accessible on foot.
Guests can make use of the well-planned tropical gardens and pool area with easy-flowing inside/outside living space. The villa entrance level is open plan from the entrance hall through to the fully equipped kitchen and dining area which in turn flow effortlessly onto the covered terrace area allowing for outdoor dining around the well-established garden and pool area. Also on the ground floor of this luxury villa is one of the four bedrooms and bathroom. The elevator allows for easy access between all floors including the roof terrace.
The basement of the villa, which enjoys ample amounts of natural light, provides space for a gym area, bedroom two and the additional prospect of using the smaller kitchen here for staff and/or events. This area also provides another bathroom and plenty of storage space. Bedrooms three and four are located on the first floor. The Master bedroom is particularly impressive with its floor to ceilings which are also found in other parts of the house, allowing plenty of light into the property.
This luxury villa boasts a rooftop terrace a private area where one can enjoy BBQ meals, lounging in the sun and of course a Jacuzzi with views magnificent views of Marbella. 2 cars can park within the property. Apart from the air conditioning, there is also underfloor heating throughout the winter months.
