Casa Soledad villa with golf views is located almost halfway between the hugely popular towns of Marbella and Fuengirola on the boundary of the municipalities of Mijas Costa and Marbella. This location makes it a perfect holiday property. The property boasts impressive golf, sea and countryside views from the western borders of the extremely popular urbanisation of Calahonda and just a 15-minute stroll to some of the finest beaches of the area.
Upon entering the property, one can immediately appreciate the open plan concept with views directly through the main floor to the well furnished terrace, the garden and the pool beyond. Apart from the main pool in the garden, the property has an additional plunge-pool just next to the garden terrace.
The ground floor has the open-plan kitchen, allowing for sociable cooking experiences. From here one can interact comfortably with the rest of the family as they occupy the ample dining and living-room area.
On the lower floor are situated two bedrooms, sharing one bathroom. Although this is considered a basement area, there is plenty of natural light and fresh air available due to the clever design of the property.
